How does the rewards program work?


You will get rewarded for every dollar you spend at CHAFFIC by becoming a member! Earn 2 member credits for every $1, stay updated with our latest deals and treat yourself to our birthday and VIP specials. Join us by simply filling the membership form in the Rewards Programs tab on our website.




Can I redeem my birthday drink any other day instead of my birthday?


Unfortunately no. You can only redeem your birthday drink on your birthday and please bring a valid ID for approval.




Do you guys open during the holidays?


Some of our stores remain open during most of the holidays with specific trading hours. Please refer to our Instagram at @chaffic_australia to be updated about holidays trading hours.




Do you guys have delivery services?


Yes, we do. We are available on Uber Eats, Deloveroo, Easi and Buy@Home for home delivery service.




What are the other products that Chaffic sell besides bubble teas?


We also have a range of tasty desserts and adorable merchandise to be purchased.




Do you guys do gift card?


Yes, we do. The gift cards are available to be purchased in-store.




How many stores you guys currently have?
